Company Overview

Our's is a second generation firm of chartered Accountants, originally established in the year 1973, and having head office in Chennai, providing Accounting, Auditing, Tax consultancy, Management & Corporate consultancy Services under one roof. We also provide services in setting up various types of legal entities like, Firms, Companies, Trusts, Societies (including Co-operative Societies). Besides, we provide allied services, like, Consultations relating to Project Finance, Public Issue, Corporate Restructuring, FEMA/FCRA, SEZ, STP, EoUs, etc.

We have local offices in Salem & Trichy (Tamil Nadu), international offices in San Antonio, Texas (U.S) and Dubai. Further we are in the process of setting up offices in U.K & Singapore.
